This dress features a larger, more full skirt than the basic dress. It can absolutely be adapted to suit a g-tube if desired, but for non-ambulatory children, we recommend the basic dress. 

This pattern works best with a fabric that has a lot of drape; the recommendation for this dress is either Double Brushed Polyester or the bamboo cotton blend.
