What is your return or exchange policy?

Most of my products are made-to-order and I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have an issue with an item, please send me an email at Heather@love-wilson.com

When will I receive my item?

Depends on the type of item. "Ready to Ship" items will be shipped in 2-3 business days. "Made to Order" Sale items (and booties) will be made in 10-15 business days and then shipped. All other "Made to Order" Items take 6-8 weeks to be made. Once items are made, they will ship via USPS ground advantage.

Why do some items take 6-8 weeks?!

For most "Made-To-Order" outfits, I order and print fabric after you've made your selection. Due to the true customizable nature, where you're picking the design AND what type of fabric it's printed on, I cannot keep all these items on hand. The turnaround time from most of the printers is about two weeks alone. Once fabric makes its way to me, then I pre-wash, cut, and start creating your child's outfit. I try my best to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Can I request a custom outfit with my child's favorite character or special interest?

Yes! I'm happy to shop more designs, just send me an email to get started!

Can you make any styles not listed on your webpage?

Yes! I love to make custom outfits - please send me an email to see what we can offer.

Do you make adult clothes?

Not often, I'm more familiar with the sizes Wilson has worn. However, reach out to me and I'd love to see if something is possible! Heather@love-wilson.com

Wow! Your website is awesome, are you a web designer too?

Aw, that's so sweet of you! No, this webpage is held together by tape and glue (and the power of Shopify). If you are encountering some sort of error though, please reach out to me. I can't promise I can fix it, but I appreciate you making me aware. (Reminder, I am a staff of one!)

Why are your prices so expensive?

It's just me. All of these items are handmade in my home. I pre-wash the fabric, cut the patterns, and create everything myself. I use quality materials and these outfits withstand a lot of wear. Most rompers Wilson wears for over a year and then they are usually passed on to other kids!

Why snaps for the legs and not a zipper?

Well, partly, I've never tried. But also, Wilson's pretty tall, and that would need to be a reeeeally big zipper. Snaps aren't the fastest, but I prefer snaps as it allows me to do a quick peek at the diaper and we can undo a couple snaps to put on AFOs during therapy.

How do I care for these items?

Official answer - machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Unofficial answer - I just toss them in with everything and wash however I want... items are pre-shrunk before they make their way to you, and they'll withstand a lot of washes!

Oh no! We accidentally "fed the bed"! The extension wasn't connected and now there's goopy orange food all over my child's new outfit! What do I do?

Yeah - We've done this too! It's heartbreaking for sure! Send me an email for a personal recommendation on stain remover, we've gotten out some truly nasty stains and the outfits have held up VERY well!

Can you make this <item that I want but can't find>??

Maybe! Reach out to me and let's see if it's something I can do!
