What is your return or exchange policy?

Most of my products are made-to-order and I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have an issue with an item, please send me an email at Heather@love-wilson.com

Can I request a custom outfit with a character or team my child likes?

Yes! These items are more expensive (as the fabric printing costs are much higher!), but I LOVE making custom items that highlights the interests of you and your child! There's a lot out there - sports teams, music, movie and TV characters. You name it, it's probably out there!

Will you be offering more options (dresses, smaller or bigger sizes, different styles)?

Yes! I plan to eventually offer many more options! However, I'm just starting out and limiting what I offer to get a grasp on managing a business AND two children! If you want to see something specific, please send me an email!

Do you make adult clothes?

Not often, I'm more familiar with the sizes Wilson has worn. However, reach out to me and I'd love to see if something is possible! Heather@love-wilson.com

Aw, that's so sweet of you! No, this webpage is held together by tape and glue (and the power of Shopify). If you are encountering some sort of error though, please reach out to me. I can't promise I can fix it, but I appreciate you making me aware. (Reminder, I am a staff of one!)

Why are your prices so expensive?

It's just me. All of these items are handmade in my home. I pre-wash the fabric, cut the patterns, and create everything myself. I use quality materials and these outfits withstand a lot of wear (most rompers Wilson wears for over a year).

Why snaps for the legs and not a zipper?

Well, partly, I've never tried. But also, Wilson's pretty tall, and that would need to be a reeeeally big zipper. Snaps aren't the fastest, but I prefer snaps as it allows me to do a quick peek at the diaper and we can undo a couple snaps to put on AFOs during therapy.

How do I care for these items?

Official answer - machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Unofficial answer - I just toss them in with everything and wash however I want... items are pre-shrunk before they make their way to you, and they'll withstand a lot of washes!

Oh no! We accidentally "fed the bed"! The extension wasn't connected and now there's goopy orange food all over my child's new outfit! What do I do?

Yeah - We've done this too! It's heartbreaking for sure! Send me an email for a personal recommendation on stain remover, we've gotten out some truly nasty stains and the outfits have held up VERY well!
